We decided to upgrade from our 3-Series machines after talking with people who were using the 5-Series and thought it was a noticeable improvement."
Paul also appreciates the ease and flexibility that the built-in remote-control unit provides: “The remote control makes it so much easier,” he says. "It used to be that jetting jobs needed at least two people with one operating it at the van. But now a single engineer can get to the job, set up quickly and operate the jetter at the access point thanks to the remote control.”
The quality of service is another reason why Paul has remained loyal to Andy Guest Jetters for so long. “They’ve always looked after us and there’s never been a problem,” he explains. “They explained the differences between operating the 5-Series and our 3-Series jetters and our engineers were able to pick it up straight away. The people who work there are fantastic and very knowledgeable.”
