Customer Stories: A Look Back at Some Recent Projects
2024 has been another busy year at Andy Guest Jetters. Alongside building many new machines across our comprehensive van-pack range, we’ve also been undertaking more jetter reframes and refurbishments, upgrading older units to extend their lifespan and improve performance. Below, we've highlighted a few of these projects. We're proud to have supplied both new and returning customers with high-quality equipment.
5-Series Van for JIG UK Drainage Solutions
In October, we supplied JIG UK Drainage Solutions with a turnkey van solution featuring our powerful 5-Series jetter. The fully equipped van, with ply-lining, chequerplate flooring, and storage, allows quick single-operator setups, saving time and effort.
Paul Bowers, Contracts Director, praised the package: “The 5-Series offers more power, control, and efficiency. The remote control means one engineer can set up and operate with ease.”
This durable and efficient van is a valuable addition to JIG UK's fleet, enhancing their ability to deliver top-quality drainage services.

In May, we undertook a project for Metro Rod to reframe an older Jetchem Systems machine. The refurbished engine and pump were rehoused in an Andy Guest frame with a range of new components, extending the machine's service life and improving its performance. This comprehensive upgrade ensures that Metro Rod can continue to rely on their equipment for years to come.
Remote Jetting Hose Reel for the South Coast
Also in May, we built a remote jetting hose reel for a customer on the South Coast. This tracked unit includes a hydraulic stabilizer to securely anchor the unit when operating on steep gradients. The robust design and advanced features make it an invaluable addition to their fleet, enabling them to tackle challenging terrains with ease.
1-Series Installation for Indi Line Group
In April, we installed a 1-Series jetter with an electronic control panel and remote control system for the Northamptonshire-based Indi Line Group. These units are ideal for daily drainage tasks in smaller commercial vehicles, providing flexibility and efficiency. The compact design and advanced features ensure that Indi Line Group can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively.
Utility Surveys Collects New 3-Series Jetter

The vented cover reduces engine noise, allowing for quieter operation, particularly beneficial for residential and urban environments. We're proud to support Utility Surveys in their mission to provide high-quality, efficient services to their clients, helping them achieve their operational goals with top-of-the-line equipment.
