Andy Guest's team of specialist engineers and technicians are able to take a 3-Series jetter and convert it to a stack jetter making it less than half the width, allowing contractors to maximise vehicle access, space and payload whilst still delivering an industry-standard of 3000psi @12gpm, the 3-Series Stack is suitable for use in pipelines with a diameter of up to 300mm and is the ideal solution for contractors looking for more space in their vans.

Same jetting power in a smaller frame

Powered by a 37HP Vanguard EFi V-Twin Petrol Engine with a triplex high-pressure pump, the 3-Series stack meets all the same requirements for operation on city streets and in low emissions zones despite being more than half the size of the regular 3-Series. The machine’s EFi engine has an improved torque curve to maximise performance and efficiency, while the engine management system offers improved diagnostic capabilities and allows for engine remapping if required.

Operation-ready jetting unit

The 3-Series Stack comes as a fully-equipped package, ready for operation, featuring Andy Guest's ½" single-wire jetting hose measuring 90 metres in length, two standard nozzles, a 3m or 5m safety leader hose, and a lightweight engine and pump cover as standard components. In addition, operators have the option to increase the water tank capacity to 800 litres and can choose from a variety of compatible accessories such as lance attachments, specialist nozzle kits, and surface cleaning equipment, which are available as optional add-ons.

Single-person jetting Operations

Operating the unit alone is effortless through the use of a distinctive push-button electronic control panel that comes with an electric throttle. For added convenience, operators have the option to upgrade to a 5-Channel radio remote control or foot pedal, thanks to the plug-and-play nature of the 3-Series Stack. Andy Guest provides a complete package for the new radio remote control, comprising a charger, external antenna, transmitter, and receiver unit. The remote control offers an extended reception range, ensuring contractors' safety in all situations.
